Continue for approximately 5 miles to the village of Fleggburgh, also known as Burgh St Margaret, (do not turn left where the 40 mile an hour flashing signal and signposts for Martham and The Broads) and turn sharp left down Town Road immediately before The Kings Arms pub. Continue for about 1 mile round several sharp corners ignoring two lanes off to the right, before taking the third lane to the right. This is a very sharp right hand turning 150 degrees to Ormesby, signposted Court Road. Follow the lane for 800 yards and the entrance to Court House Cottages are 25 yards before the sign for The Old Court House. A sign to the Cottages is on the wall adjacent to the entrance. Take this entrance and follow drive round to the private parking area.

If you are approaching via the A12 continue through Great Yarmouth following signs for Caister on Sea until passing The Greyhound Stadium. Take the first left at the next round a bout and the first left at the second round a bout. At the third round a bout take the third exit signposted A149 to Potter Heigham and continue for approximately 3 miles. You will pass through the village of Ormesby St. Michael, crossing the Broad before entering the village of Rollesby. Take the second left lane called Court Road. Pass a few houses before taking the next left (still Court Road). Continue for 600 yards and The Old Court House is on your left immediately after a sharp right bend.

For Porters Cottage continue to The Old Court House signpost. The parking area is immediately on the left of the drive, opposite the cottage, where the sign for The Old Court House is.
