Our cottages comprise a converted stable and four new properties each offering very high standards. Every bedroom is fully en-suite with bath or shower and the furnishings include comfortable settees and armchairs, flat screen TVs, DVD players and well-fitted kitchens, including dishwashers and washing machines. Our cottages are ideal for a winter break with oil central heating. All our cottages enjoy private parking and gardens well away from any traffic. 

Every guest will enjoy the peace and quiet of rural Norfolk in luxurious surroundings. In addition, depending on your needs you choose from the following additional extra facilities;

• Relax in the supreme luxury of your own individual hot tub spa
• Pets are welcome in some cottages but with some pet free to suit all needs
• South facing private gardens with furniture
• Full disability access. Little Broad Cottage additionally has a walk-in shower room

Our holiday price is fully inclusive with no hidden extras.

Norfolk is the driest county in England and Suffolk, just down the road, is the sunniest. That makes an out of season break in our fully centrally heated cottages the ideal way to unwind.

Three of the largest but quietest Broads are close by and are ideal for fishing or bird watching. Day boats can be hired five miles to the west giving river access to the main Norfolk Broads.

The cathedral city of Norwich with Norman castle, museums, galleries, theatres and restaurants is a half an hour drive. Two new shopping malls and many small independent retailers make Norwich one of the up and coming shopping areas in the country.

There are many family attractions in the area from wildlife parks to theme parks to museums and places of historical interest.

Rollesby itself has a pub serving a comprehensive range of bar meals and restaurant with full a la carte menu.  There is also a Post Office for daily papers. Both of these are about a mile from the cottages. Small local shops are 2 miles away with the nearest supermarket 4 miles.
