On 23rd March 2020, the Government issued the instruction that everyone must stay at home. Therefore you will not be able to travel to your holiday for at least the next three weeks. Beyond this, we are not accepting bookings with a start date before 4th June 2020. You can make a booking with us for a date after this if you wish.
I have an upcoming booking: can I still go?
No. As from march 23rd 2020 you were instructed by the Government to stay at home. We want to support as many of our customers as we can, and we will do everything we can to TRANSFER your booking to later this year or possibly next.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking that is due to start in the next three weeks?
You need to check your travel insurance to see if you are covered for cancelling your holiday. We will provide any information you require to assist with this. Your contract does NOT allow any refunds, but we shall do as much as we can to help in terms of offering you a change of dates. There is no fee for this.
