If your holiday has to be cancelled as a result of government restrictions related to Covid-19 we will refund any payments in full. This relates to the cottages having to close for business or guests unable to travel out of area. It does not cover the eventuality that you have to cancel if you are ill – you need your own holiday insurance for this cover.
We have previously prepared a Risk Assessment which is visited regularly. Cleaning involves a normal clean followed by disinfecting heavy traffic areas- light switches, door handles etc – with a LOG 7 disinfectant.
We email a Covid related document to all visitors during the week before you arrive and leave a similar document in the cottage. We are asking guests to assist us by stripping bedding on departure, emptying all bins and leaving all windows open.
