If your holiday has to be cancelled as a result of government restrictions related to Covid-19 we will refund any payments in full.
Now that the cottages are open we are following all government guidelines with regard to Cleaning protocols and have the “Good to Go” certificate.
We have prepared a Risk Assessment which will be visited regularly. Cleaning involves a normal clean followed by disinfecting all hard surfaces with a LOG 7 disinfectant.
We email a Covid related document to all visitors during the week before you arrive and leave a similar document in the cottage. We are asking guests to assist us by stripping bedding on departure, emptying all bins and leaving all windows open.
